Mobile Phone Guide
Mobile phones are available with tons of features these days. But have we ever stopped to think what features are important to us and can not be? I am sure that over many years, we have all bought at least one mobile phone that would have regretted buying. While most of us go through so many reviews are available online, we still want to get the latest and greatest cell phone only to find that does not fit our lifestyle. Well to address this issue, this article discusses five things you should consider before buying your next mobile phone. Keep these five things in mind while reading your next review mobile phone will help you better understand the review and wisely choose your next gadget.

1. Form Factor
Mobile phones basically come in 3 form factors: Candy Bar, Slider and Flip. You have to choose wisely which one you choose. Some of us prefer to have just one chocolate bar that is the easiest to use, but a potential disadvantage is that, accidentally, you can press a dial key and could be someone overseas.

So I set the phone to automatically lock the keyboard is very important. The slider and flip phones are generally better than looking Candy Bar phones and do not let the keyboard exposed. Another key point is to consider the size that feels most comfortable. The slider and flip-type mobile phones are generally smaller than Candy Bar phones and can easily fit in your pocket. If you like to flaunt their physical and usually wear tight jeans, only makes sense to go for Sliders and types of Flip. This will also ensure that you do not accidentally press any buttons on a phone while pulling Candy Bar mobile phone pocket tight.
2. Screen Attributes: - Attribute of the screen is the next thing to consider. What type of screen you are looking for? A normal screen mobile phone without bells and whistles? Or a touch screen? If you are a user of heavy text messaging, you should go for touch-screen phone, but not one that offers a keyboard in place. This is easier and faster way to type text messages. Touch screens offer two types: Using a stylus with bare fingers. Stylus is good for people who use their mobile phones and PDAs and would like to take quick notes during meetings. It is also a very good fit for those seeking handwriting recognition. But if you are not using your phone to scribble notes during meetings and still want a touch screen, then you should go for mobile phones in which you can use your fingers on the touch screen. pen operation can be uncomfortable at times, and this could be a good alternative.
An important point to note about the phone's screen is how well it works under the direct sunlight. If you are constantly in motion and use the phone outdoors most of the time, choosing a mobile phone whose screen works well under the sunlight. Most screens of mobile phones do not! This is a factor not considered in the reviews of mobile phone - so be careful! Do some research yourself.

3. Connectivity: - Here we look at the type of connectivity that we are looking at mobile phone. Is it 2G, 3G or Wi-Fi? Well, it all depends on its use and data plans too. If you are one who tends to surf the web like me, go for a 3G phone. But you also must have a data plan into account here. Unless you are not in an unlimited data plan I suggest you not to choose a 3G phone. It will cost a bomb! If you still want to surf the Internet, then go for a Wi-Fi phone. But then you have to find a Wi-Fi access each time you connect to the Internet and navigate. Wi-Fi phones are also very good for those who intend to run VoIP software for making calls (like Skype).

4. Operating Systems

This is a very important attribute of a mobile phone - what operating system running on the phone? It could be Windows Mobile, Symbian OS or Apple's proprietary operating system that runs on a Unix platform. The look and feel is an important factor here. Another thing is if you are running lots of applications. Some operating systems are more stable than others, so it depends on its use. Some operating systems provide a better look and feel of the mobile phone itself. But if you choose a phone with the operating system unsuitable for use, you could end up crashing the phone!

5. Applications

Last but not least, do some research on the applications that are available for your next mobile phone. These applications may be available from the manufacturer or third parties. Look at the quantity and quality of available applications. Some might want to download games while others may be looking for financial software applications. So if your mobile phone is not compatible with applications that are essential to their lifestyle, stay away from the phone. Choose one that fits your lifestyle.
